Would a 5.8mm Spinel fit into a 5.5mm round LOGR setting?

I think so; at worst, it might sit a little high.

Eek. Height scares me lol. My ERing is flush to my finger and bezelled so setting a colored stones scares the crap outta me!

I really like that setting. So it''s for a 5.5 and you want to set a 5.8? It''s prongs so that gives you an edge. I think that''s close enough to work but you could show the setting photo to your jeweler and ask them. They may have set stones into that setting before.

I have that particular setting and will tell you that for a 5.8mm stone it will no doubt sit high. I set a 5.5 rhodolite in one, the fit was snug.

Thanks SH and Arcadian. I think I''ll just let my jeweler source one for me, they''re great people to work with and can (probably) be budget friendly
