settings for OMC?

im researching setting possibilities. I recently looked at a thread with pics of OMCs... but cant find it anymore! Anyone have some good ideas on settings?

All of Orange''s suggestions are wonderful! Don''t forget that omc/oec stones can also look wonderful in modern settings- my omc will hopefully find a home with vatche''s x-prong soon....

Thankyou so much for the suggestions! Ive enjoyed looking and "training my eyes" to all the different settings. I notice most omc or cushions are mounted N/S rather than E/W.. do you think stones look larger one way or the other?
