You should put these on the main boards, more people will be able to see and enjoy your beautiful treasures and pics!!!
Yes probably that way a lot more people will see it!!!
I love these crescent brooch conversions, yours looks fantastic on you.
It looks like it was always meant to be a pendant!
Wow DK did an amazing job - I just spent too long looking for crescent brooches to buy to do the same! It’s beautiful and looks so wearable
What a great pendant! I love that you made it into something wearable and wonderful!
This would be my go-to necklace, for sure!
That conversion turned out well! Glad to see there are other fans of crescent pendants as well.
I also purchased an antique crescent brooch recently, and I'm still waiting for the work to be completed. This is Victorian, and it will become a necklace, flower ring, and two pairs of stud earrings.
There's roughly .65 ctw of diamonds in a hodgepodge of cuts: Swiss, single, rose, & OEC. The sapphires total about 2.22 ctw and appear to be mined. The stones are set in silver on top of rose gold, and the pendant will hang from a rose gold chain.
Ok, this has to be the mother lode of a find!!! First off, it’s GORGEOUS! And to hear you’re building essentially a full suite (plus) of pieces is amazing. I hope you’ll share it all with us when they’re finished.
Thank you! I’ll start a SMTB thread once I get it. I feel like I lucked out; this was my $6,500 inspiration:

My version cost $2,258 all-in.
