My dress came in early and I'm so unprepared for my 1st fitting - Can I have some opinions?

Which do you think goes best with the dress?
A? Worried they might be to high at 4" (I'm 5'9)
B? Love but are they "too much"
C? Match well but enough support to boogie down

or I'm totally open to other suggestions!! TIA!

I like #1 the best.

#2 is a close second, but it might be a bit much. Though the shoes'' detail is in the front and the dress'' detail is in the back, so maybe?

They''re all cute though!

I like A.

Are they really 4'''' tall? WOW! You''ll look stunning, but see if FI is opposed to you being so tall...

I love them all, but I can understand your worry about #3. In my experiences, I've always had a tough time with shoes like that staying on. #2 is LOVELY, but people may be paying more attention to your shoes than the dress. If you're 5'9', #1 would make you over 6 ft tall, but if you're cool with that, they're LOVELY!

Here are some other suggestions if you're open to them.

These are adorable and have a little bow and low heel. They're pricey, though, at $298
Link

Martinez Valero Women's Dalton Pump. A little bit lower heel. Link

Caparros Women's Finland Pump, really pretty with a lower heel. Link

Colorrifics Carmen- They're SO pretty with the sparkles and the bow! Link

Colorrifics Maya- They're really pretty, but 3" in heel
Link

Colorrifics Nola- Very pretty with pleats Link

Colorrifics Sierra- Same as Carmen, with a higher heel Link

Sorry for the threadjack, but sunnyd, love the new avatar. Gonna miss pink haired kitty, though

First of all, I LOVE THAT DRESS SO MUCH!!!! It is SUCH an awesome, beautiful, hip bridal dress--I can''t wait to see how you ROCK IT OUT (you will post pictures, yes???)

Secondly, I really do like both 1 and 2 a lot--but I with how fun and flirty that dress is, I really think I''d go with 2. Like, might as well go allll the way, y''know?

Thirdly, did I mention how much I love that dress? gorg.

I think ''B'' are to die for!!!

I pick "A" because that tiny platform will make a huge difference in the comfort. Are you sure you need the exact shoes for your fitting? I didn't realize it mattered as much with shorter dresses.

Out of your choices, I like B. But I think princessplease showed some pretty awesome one!

I love B, they just scream "special shoe" if that makes sense

First off - I LOVE this dress! Do you mind telling us where you got it?

I think this dress goes best with a more simple shoe than #2. I love the #2 shoes but not with this dress.

Sassy...the dress is Melissa Sweet Mari.

Luvbug...#1.

Love the dress, and I really like choice A for the shoes with that dress. The second one is cute, but a bit too much for me

I LOVE the first shoes for the wedding. I love #2 for a fun pair but I think they might be too much for the actuall wedding day.

My vote is keep looking. I liked the Coloriffics "Sierra" that PP posted. They kind of remind me of the dress...a little bling and party in the back!!

I think you should find some really fun shoes that highlight the details in the dress - is that silver with rhinestones?? I like the shoes the girl has on in the pic, they look like they are silver, maybe with a little bling on them.

I''ll see if I can find some...

I like 1 the best! #2 is way too over-the-top for me and doesn''t really go with the dress IMO. #3 is pretty, but the kind of ankle strap that it has cuts people off at the ankles and isn''t really flattering.

Okay, why is it when I search for "silver rhinestone heels" I get a bunch of stripper shoe sites?!?! LOL!!

I''ll have to search later...

rol...lol...try shopstyle.com Love that website

I like style A. They go well with the dress.

Have you looked at Cole Haan? I think the Ceci Air Ot Pump would look great with your dress [and would be comfy too] and the heel seems to be only about 3ish".

I''m voting for A- but I would use double sided tape on the back straps so you don''t spend the night pulling up the back if it slips off. B would probably give the most support and will be the least likely to slip off- so you won''t have to worry about them when dancing.

I like these - kate spade

And, these look like the ones on the model!!

These have a shorter heel and rhinestones!

These are really pretty, too!!

These are fun with rhinestones on the heel!! Surprise rhinestones!!

These are cute, too!!

Shopstyle ROCKS!! Thanks, EM1!!

Wow, luvbug, you have a great dress and a TON of cute shoe options!! Have fun!!

i like A or B...but that''s of no help since it seems to be the general consensus! you are tall so you can pull of B with a short dress.....i would ordinarily advise against B because it could really chop off a girl''s legs.

Thanks everyone for your opinions!! and princessplease, Rock_of_Love, and DiamanteBlu for the extra suggestions!

As much as I love choice B - I think they''re a little busy for the dress. I''ll have to get them in black to sport with a little black dress

I''m surprised no one picked C - they were actually my favorite. The more I look at them the more uncomfortable they look.

....Soooo I ordered pair A
.....and another - one of Rock_of_Love''s links TKS!!
