Shoes under qipao?

For anyone who has or is wearing a qipao for their wedding (chinese bridal dresses), what kind of shoes do you wear with them? Thanks

I''m wearing my pink heels... but I also have a pair of gold flats I might switch too if my feet get too tired.

I''d say wear something with heels.
Those dresses don''t compliment flat shoes.
I''ve seen a bride wear flats and it just didn''t look good.
You don''t need to have super high heels, but a little heel if you are concerned about your
feet getting tired. Keep in mind that the slits on the side of the dress allows people to get
a glimpse of your leg, and nothing is sexier than tightened calves on heels

But then again, you''d want to be comfortable on your wedding day, so flat is probably best.

I wear the same shoe with my wedding dress and qipao - gold strappy sandals. They went well with my qipao since it has gold embroidery. What color is your qipao? I wouldn''t do red shoes with red qipao because it''s hard to match the red and for some reason I just don''t like the look. I think silver or gold color are safe bets.
