First off the color looks just lovely.

Do you have any photos of it on a hand? The mm measurements make it sound really skinny but it doesn''t look skinny from the photos you show.

I''d be worried that it would be too skinny for me. HTH

I would go for it if you like what you see I've bought from that vendor, and the stones have thus far been better (generally more saturated) than pictured when it came to color. And the return policy seems fair, so I'd go for it and see it in person

If it seems small, maybe incorporate it into a 3 stone setting?

If they have a return policy then GO FOR IT! My thought is if you are on the fense buy it- you can always return it later if you are second guessing it.

Honestly, there''s nothing in that stone that would make me buy it, but then, I''m not a pink stone person. Based on the cut, it doesen''t look like a lively stone and it doesen''t have that glowy quality either, so I personally would pass on that one. But if you really love the color and are OK with returning it in case you don''t fall for it, then there''s no reason not to give it a try.

It’s a nice enough pink stone – purchasing it would depend on the asking price and return policy.

Thanks for all the comments!!! I am actually very much a pink person, I do think it might be one of those stones I need to see in person-his stones are much livelier in person(as with most gem photos).

I love the color, it would be for a stacker ring-so I guess small is OK. As for the bowtie/extinction I''ll have to ask again-he did say no windowing.

Are you talking about the round spess from Barry''s new stone page??? If so, I''d pass because I think it''d be too dark for me.

That Spess looks dark. If you really like it ask for more pictures!

Its a pretty color, but if you think it is going to be too small, I would pass.

I have a bright pink spinel that is a little smaller than that and I love it, bowtie and all .

The colors are fabulous! The oranges are both little fireballs, the pink cushion is a hot pink and the oval is definitely the color of the vendor photos-orangish hot pink and super lively! Am thinking stack rings or one large disc ring.
