Studs from Alex Park, 2.64 ct for the pair, 7mm, listed as E/F and VS/VVS, I paid a little extra for the 6 prong setting. I can’t wait to be able to wear them ALL the time!!

So it's too big and while I love it i figure it would be easier to just order a custom one from IDJ in a shorter length rather than paying for this AND having to pay to have it resized. I'm hopeful IDJ may be a little less expensive too lol

Success, you really did get a great one! I'm so glad it worked out- hard to pick, but once you do, perfection! I love the whole stack and the two tone is divine.

So... We have the SMTB section for all things Mined Diamond and other stones, but we don't have anything collecting Man Made Diamond / Laboratory Grown Diamond items.

I think that's a shame, so I propose that we use this thread to collate pictures of Pricescope members' items, be it a half carat from Lightbox or a 3ct+ from AVInc. or LAD!

Sadly I can't start the thread off as I don't have anything bling myself yet lol, so please do post away if you have something!

I am SO HAPPY to have come across this thread after a looooong time away. It always bugged me that SMTB excluded sustainable stones and pearls--bling is bling no matter the origin!

For our milestone anniversary, I was considering selling my three-stone mined diamond ring from Brian Gavin Diamonds and using the proceeds to purchase something with more carat weight.

BUT, Brilliant Earth would not allow me to reuse my diamonds in a new project, BGD told me they do not source LGDs, Abby Sparks was grossly overpriced at the start, and Mineralogy would not allow me to repurpose my old gold nor my side stones. Seriously. First-world problems, I know. Anyway, after being told no about so many things, we decided to keep the BGD ring for generational wealth and keep searching for the right jeweler.

I have been drooling over the work of Modern Goldsmith (aka Jordan Mantzke) and I follow him on social media. He is a great sustainability proponent--even explaining how you can repurpose gold. I reached out to him over a year ago and he was swamped then we got swamped...but we got in this year!

He is patient, thoughtful, and flexible. He created the CAD for what we want even faster than I anticipated: a mixed metal Toi et Moi with good finger coverage. I am SO EXCITED to see the finished product!!!

PS: The prongs look tall because the CAD informs the casting and the diamonds will need to be set.

Ahh! He has a YouTube channel, I thought the name sounded familiar! He talks about his philosophy while sharing some of his jewelry projects. I really like his approach and he just seems like a good guy, too. Very cool to hear of someone on here having a ring made! I can't wait to see it!
