basically there are two types - over and under, over is usually called ''American'' and under is usually ''French'' and then there are limitless variations on the number of ''points'' for each...

I did a 7 point french. I wil try to dig up pics later but the bio has a lot of pics.

Mine was French (under-bustle).

After. Mine was attached at 3 points, so I guess mine was a 3-point bustle, only one over-section, if that makes sense.
