Sarah, your set is so, so gorgeous, I love browsing through the jewelry on ebay, and have bought quite a few pieces over the years. I have always thought that young couples thinking about becoming engaged should check out ebay, there are so many beautiful sets available. As soon as I saw yours, I thought to myself that is a set I''d love to own. Your husband did good!!

Why thank you Joelly! It''s a 2.52ct F VVS2, GIA cert. ideal triple Ex. diamond, set in a platinum cathedral basket four prong ring ~ 2.5mm width. The band is Tiffany & Co.''s 3mm Lucida platinum band (very comfortable to wear). I wear size 6 - 6.25, these rings are size 6.25 because I do not like it when my finger looks squished in.


The only specific specs I can remember are that the diamond is around 8.7mm and has no fluorescence, I can''t remember all those angle and percentage numbers and the cert. is in a safety deposit box.

Hi! Its beautiful. I love how you have same w-band as your husband. Is your e-ring is white gold/Platinum? The reason I ask because your w-band is yellow gold.
I am thinking of yellow gold w-band also but I have a white gold e-ring. I am unsure to couple them but just thinking.

Actually, our entire set is in white gold. Must be the lighting/color effect!

A close friend of mine wears a yellow gold wedding band with her white gold e-ring and it looks Perfect! So, whatever that calls out to u!!

How fun! Here is mine. The wedding ring is a plain pt 2 mm band that we had them curve slightly to fit my e-ring.

Hmmm, we told the jeweller that we wanted simple white gold bands and voila! My band is 2mm. I have attached two more pictures; i hope it gives u a better idea of our bands.
