Hubby had some pink sapphire and diamond earrings made to go with my pendant.

DH surprised me with this lovely pendant from BN:



It's 18k WG--from a rough estimate, the center of the flower is about 20-25 points, and I'm guessing each side "petal" is about 8 points. I'm impressed with the quality of BN's melee. It is a little ball of fire!

I received money from Santa to help with the cost of setting my 1.21 ct. loose diamond, and because I'm not feeling so well lately, I've taken advantage of Eternity Diamond's "try it free" program. They're sending me a halo mounting, a three stone mounting and a four prong per stone band to see if I like them. I'm looking forward to seeing what they look like.

Here are some neckshots of my necklace. I love how dainty it is, and it seems to pick up on what colors I'm wearing. I really think that garnets may be my favorite colored stone. I just love how deep they are.

And thank you. I love how dainty it is too. I looked up the reviews on the website and a lot of people complained. C'mon! It clearly states 6mm, and it's so freaking pretty being this dainty! I am getting it shortened though. It's 17 inches now, I'm getting it shortened to 15.5

My husband bought me this pendant from Pearl Paradise, it's gorgeous, but I'm not 100% sure I am keeping it. I really do love it, but I don't care for the chain. But I can't get it to work with any of my other chains.

Gypsy, I've seen pendants like that before. If you don't like the chain, you'll have to find something else that's delicate, have the jeweler take the end cap off so he can slide the chain through, and then the end cap will have to be soldered on again, but unfortunately it won't be a pendant that you can alternate chains with.

Gemgirl, That pendant actually opens (the pearl is removable), so really any chain can be looped through it as long as the thickness of the chain will still allow the pendant movement, so the end cap is not an issue.

Thank you Poshpepper and Gemgirl. I am calling Pearl Paradise on the third to find out what my options are. I've also ordered a 1mm bead chain from a chain vendor just in case. I've decided to keep the pendant. The pearl is just too beautiful for words and I really do love the setting.
