No one has purchased or knows if they are a good company?

Never bought from them... but last Nov, I was looking for a loose blue sapphire, they had a few on their website that I was interested in. I called the number on their website... over and over across several days, during business hours. Never did a live human answer and I didn''t want to leave a message (was on a business trip, couldn''t receive call easily). Because of that experience, did not end up buying from them, instead chose something else.

Their prices seem reasonable, though. Let us know how it goes.

Sorry Wen, I haven''t dealt with SS before.

I purchased a crysoberyl from them. It arrived looking like it was described on the website. I don''t think I had any questions for them before the purchase.

On a side note, it looks as all their jewelry is made by Color Symphony and you can purchase from them directly. I have not bought any jewelry from them however.

Thanks that is what I was hoping for and maybe I will go directly to the maker of the rings. I saw those 2 with maybe the Spess being my favorite and thought hmmm my anniversary is coming up. I love the orange but love the blue also. On another note though there is a green Tourmaline that has really cought my eye at Art cut gems also but I know if I get it unset it will be a while before I get it set also HMMM What to do.

Michelle,

Didn''t Irina purchase her color change sapphire from them? She then designed her own ring.

I haven''t bought from them. But recently while doing google searches for colored stones I noticed a few colored stone sites I haden''t seen before.
One is called thegemtrader.com which has a eally nice looking pale blue sapphire up right now. And the other is gemfix.com .It has a few nice sapphires and some cool looking tsavorites as well.

InnerKitten,
I''ve purchased a gemstone from Brad at the www.thegemtrader.com and he''s great to work with. I later changed my mind and returned the stone. No problem with refunds either. I''d buy from Brad again in a heartbeat.

I bought some 4mm round pink sapphires from them that I used for studs. They were nice enough - good cut, nice color and clarity and pretty sparkly. I gave them to my sister and she enjoys them.
