I’m so sorry this happened to you! I’m glad it was fully insured and I hope you have fun finding replacements.
It wasn’t insured by policy or USPS unfortunately. This is what makes the loss even worse for her. However, she is having a five stone made by BGD and is excited to receive it. She has dealt with this loss in such a graceful, honorable way; I truly admire her!
I thought she had jewelry insurance? Did it not come through?
