Sizing Question

A post in show me the ring about sizing for stackable rings got me thinking... with your wedding band do you order it the same size as your engagement ring? I had tried a few bands on in the store (6.5, the same as my engagement ring, and it seemed to fit ok). I ended up ordering my wedding ring from an online site, I ordered it the same as my engagement ring.

What did you ladies order? Am I going to have issues with comfort with my rings being the same size. I guess I won''t really know until it gets here, but now I''m freaking!

My wedding band is 1/4 size smaller than my e-ring. The reason - both were originally a 4.5, and I liked the fit, but they were very hard to get off. As my "e-ring" (its not my original e-ring, or even an upgrade... long story... I wear it on my LH) is a 3 stone Asscher, it needs regular (daily) cleaning, so I needed it to come off a bit easier. So it got size up to 4.75, but I left the wedding band as is, since it does not need to come off.

Yeesh, long story.

I actually ordered my ER 1/4 size larger because I was concerned with my finger swelling. I plan on taking that and trying on wedding bands with it but I think the WB will be my actual size because once I have that on my finger seems to be a tiny bit bigger so that makes the ER more comfortable to have it bigger.

My e-ring and w-ring are the same size. My finger measured 4 3/8, but I got 4.5 because it was a more comfortable fit with the two bands.

My wedding ring is a wee bit bigger than my e-ring. My fingers are wider at the base, sort of like triangles, unlike most people''s it seems. I don''t have the knuckle issue.
