Snow is Delaying My LEON Delivery!!

well, my leon band was set to arrive today before 10:30 but we have about ten feet of snow and it''s not here yet!!!

i''m going bananas, i was so excited to get it!!! oh well, what can you do, UPS doesn''t control the weather. on the bright side, i''m glad it''s not an xmas present for someone that i am desperately waiting on, that would REALLY stink! DH called for me and it is still set to deliver today (YAY!!) they just can''t predict when. anyway, just had to vent to folks who would understand.

Ah, that is not good! We had snow here in Colorado just before Christmas last year, and many of our packages did not arrive until long after the holidays because then the carriers (especially UPS) got backed up. Where does UPS show it is currently? In your city or on it''s way?

So sorry for the delay! I know you are excited to receive it!

oh no, cinnamon that must have been awful! although, it is fun getting presents after all the hoopla is over! i wonder how many people sent baked goods that perished... i hate to think of all the effort and yumminess gone to waste!

thank you for your support - the tracker says it is at the sort desk and the next step would be for it to be on vehicle/in transit so there is hope i will have it for the weekend. when my DH called, the woman also said their system is slow to update today, so it could very well be on the truck and on its way already and the system just hasn''t posted the scan yet. i keep looking out the window ''did i hear the truck? did i hear it?''
