So excited we have booked the photographer

I know we are still just over a year away, but we have decided upon and booked our photographer. He is a lovely guy, English by birth but lived in California from being 10 until his thirties. He is now back in the UK and we loved the look of his work.

I am convinced he is going to make me look size 4 and 30 years old ha ha

We have also started to make decisions about honeymoon as well so it is all becoming really real.

I am concentrating on things other than the dress at the moment because I won''t even try stuff on yet. I need to lose at least 40 pounds first

Wow, congratulations. Your photographer does amazing work with lighting. I also love he picture of the kid on the opening page. I love that.

Do you think he will travel to Ireland for Bee and give her a good rate?

I am sure he would travel - he does a lot of weddings in Spain so he definitely is happy to travel. A really nice guy too, full of enthusiasm which is really infectious

aww thanks for remembering me gtn! I *might* have found a new guy that's been my all time fave photographer. I thought he'd be way out of my budget as he's won so many things but he actually have packages in my budget

Unfortunately he's away till the end of the week but hopefully he'll have my date!

I hear ya on the trying on dress thing! I joined weight watchers two weeks ago and have lost 8 lbs so far.Want to lose a good bit more before I try on dresses!

I know that I''m not fat, but I swear the whole dress shopping experience makes me feel fat. I think when you find the one, you will know and will feel beautiful in your dress no matter what.

Thank you. I think that''s just a flattering shot of me! I carry it all around my hips, bum and thighs unfortunately! I have until the end of the summer before I want to try on dresses so I''ll see how much I lose until then.
