So got drunk and spilled the beans!!!

We went out last night and FF got a little to drunk and told me he was going ring shopping today.(And admitted to going and finding something last Saturday when he told me he had a work emergency.) Then his best friend and I were chatting and I said something like, "Oh I don''t think I will happen for a long time (my proposal)" and Jon said, "I''ll bet you. Let''s put the over/under at three months. I''ll take the under." I was like "hell yeah I''ll take that bet".
Who knows, maybe a little pressure from FF''s BFF so he gets a week of dinners cooked by me (I''m a chef) will help FF speed up this process.....
And we are going to the Great American Beer Festival tonight. 400 micro-brewers and thousands of beers form all over the country.

Our third year in a row going together!!! Very romantic for beer lovers like us....

I''m in a similar situation, knowing BF has/is about to purchase a ring. I HATE the waiting game, and hate even more that waiting bugs me and is all-consuming!

Well no proposal, but I know now that he bought a ring!!!!! He really is his own worst enemy when it comes to secret keeping. So now I wait, and wait, and wait.
Well there is only one city that hosts the GABF, so I guess we are neighbors Pinky, in the greatest city in the world!!!!!!!

Sugar...I laughed soo hard when I read this...I have a very similar story I was going to post...my FF went to GABF too on Saturday...I didn''t go w/ him (not a huge beer fan) but I picked him and all the friends up at the bus stop afterwards...needless to say they were as the saying goes "two sheets to the wind"...anyway he made some comment in the car to his buddies like "isn''t my fiance awesome!" to which I corrected "future fiance"...and he said back "oh that''s right I haven''t given you "the goods" yet"

Anyway, It looks like all we need to get alittle info out of our guys is a few drinks
