Soldered rings?

Are these rings soldered on? Sorry it’s not a great image. Also, do you have your rings soldered on or not?

My first wedding set I wore soldered together (for 24 years!). The wedding band is a half eternity so it made sense, as my rings spin on my finger. On my newer set I have a solitaire and eternity band. They are not soldered together. I switch the diamond eternity out with a plain platinum band depending on my day. I much prefer not soldering them. I like the look of two distinct rings and the ability to switch bands!

We often solder rings together when the knuckle is large as it helps keep them aligned and does also stop some spinning.
Another approach is to insert speed bumps to both rings as that solves the problem when you do not want to wear both together for the rest of your life.
