Somebody's Gotta Buy This Piece!

If anyone feels brave (and potentially risking a recut):

Adorable:

Unique T and co:

Good price for 2ct

Well priced eternity

Ok so this is a case of “someone’s gotta buy this piece” and that someone was me! Pretty sure these are both Whiteflash. (Hopefully this is allowed — I’d love opinions). How’d I do?

Fantastic!!! Hopefully the stones are blinding once they've had a good bath. :)

I hope so! I’m still learning — do we think this is Whiteflash? It seemed like a pretty good price when I look at similar bands and hoping if/since whiteflash, the quality will be better. Thoughts?

I want someone to rescue this one so bad and put her in a pendant or something so she can finally show the world how pretty she is… poor thing.
Do you think it needs to be a pendant? I was worried about dark center. I already bought and returned one with a nail head. Can’t get them to send more photos. Ugh!

No it doesn’t need to be a pendant… that’s just what *I* would do

The K/L isn’t GIA so I would guess N/OP so you’re more pleasantly surprised than the other way around.

If you do order it, please post some pics and a video, I’m so curious to see what she really looks like! The darkness in the couple pictures could be lots of things and not the diamond, you probably won’t know unless you can see it in person … my gut says she probably pretty.

That’s awesome! Be sure that when you get them to post in the thread on the TRR finds.

I agree with lavenderdragonfly23

The diamond might be OP, and if you are looking for a lighter color (I recall your previous diamond that you considered was too warm) this stone is definitely M or lower IMO.

it’s not a bad thing, but it should be something you are aware of.

Lower colors also have tints that make them look whiter or less white. For example one of my stones has an orange brown tint that makes it appear darker in some light, and one has a purer yellow tint that makes it appear lighter in some light.

IMO this is a fantastic deal on a great diamond and setting. I’m actually surprised at how reasonable some prices for antiques and preloved are nowadays.

I 100% agree - such a good price with this piece. I want somebody to buy it! It’s so beautiful. If I had money to burn, I would, but I have no need for another engagement ring type of ring!

A beautiful D VS2 old cut! Looks like an early ideal or American cut to me. Very good seller whose prices are always well below retail. If you are color sensitive and looking for an old cut I think this is for you!

Their pictures suck but I would buy and check it out based on the info provided if I was looking for a D old cut.
