Somebody's gotta buy this stone, "If I won the lottery" edition

BTW, the pad is not expensive

I was surprised when I saw the price on the pad ring. It's my favorite color. The pale pinks are meh. I love the brilliant orange and the price on this is really good. You don't have to be a lottery winner to score this guy.

7ct Brazilian paraiba in the 50000-60000RMB range:

Wait, are you telling me they are claiming that as a 7 ct. Brazilian Paraiba that they are selling for $8K?!! What am I missing? How is that possible?

Ah ok yeah also realized the price is good after I looked at some other pads. :P2 But still not something I can comfortably afford nor am I crazy over pads so I’ll be so happy if someone on PS can get it

That ring looks photoshopped to hell and back.

Not sure if this should be posted in this lotto thread or the other one but since I'm not qualified enough to recommend any stone, this mostly eye-candy thread seems best.

0.31ct intense green diamond
9.4k price
Seems to be a fair price, the closest comparison being a 0.31ct VS intense green for 30k. I assume the large carbon inclusion(s?) brings the price down but in a stone this small I'm not sure how visible it will be since even in the 'box shot' it is not very distracting. (if this is a poor diamond/bad value please point it out, I am still learning and this stuck out to me as a nice green diamond for the price)

I wouldn’t say anything from Leibish is a “good buy.” They are incredibly well versed in colored diamonds, and if it’s that price, there’s a reason.

The good thing about Leibish though is that they’re trustworthy, they obtain GIA reports mostly for their FCD’s or upon request I believe, and if you’re an FCD investor, it’s a great place to start. Some savvy FCD collectors have purchased very rare gems from them that Leibish has tried to buy back, because their value has gone up. You really need to know what you’re doing though.

I found my perfect blue sapphire. It's only going to cost me 1/4 of my non-existent retirement savings. Not too bad.1574520751748.png

Love the Emerald, who is the seller?

Haha this is actually affordable by lottery standards. A 1.7ct Burmese unheated ruby ring in an oec halo. Trying to talk dad into getting it for mom since red is a big deal in China and they could use some luck and good news with all the pandemic drama. At 10k$ And having a GIA report I’m not sure why this ring hasn’t already sold. Am I missing something?

Transparency isn't the best. The color is a little purplish on my monitor.

I'd take it window and all. Wonder what the price is.71F2B0C6-C054-4A33-A9CD-9BA02BBC1CD7.jpeg

Beautiful stone. They list "transparent pricing" towards the bottom of the page as an advantage of doing business with them. I'd say that not showing the price and making you click on "make an enquiry" is the opposite of transparent pricing.
