I have seen a diamond bigger than this in real life. My diamond dealer picked up a 20ct stone at the Hong Kong Jewellery fair about 3 1/2 years ago and let me play with it for a while when I was in looking at sapphires for my right hand ring. It was the size of a Ferrero Rocher. It looked like a crystal doorknob, the ones you sometimes find on antique dressers. My husband said it looked like plastic. I had to agree with him. This was pre-PS days for me but even I could tell the cut was shocking. It did, however, have some pretty cool inclusions - twinning wisps all through the stone and a dirty great big carbon spot under the table. Blah!!

i saw something similar on my diamond buying trip to the US last year. a 19 ct OEC. it felt like a paperweight and made my heart race.
