I forgot where the setting came from... I remember buying the loose stone from a coin dealer friend of mine on the behalf of my BIL. This was 20 yrs ago. I remember paying like $6800 for the loose stone.

I was looking through my photos and realized that a lot of my jewelry used to belong to other PS'ers hahaha. I have too many pics that I like. The hardest to photograph are emerald cut diamonds because it keeps reflecting my surroundings or needs to be cleaned.

It has abrasions so I want to have it polished up, the cut isn't bad but I might not see some damage that might require it to be recut. Rose gold looks so romantic, even with aquamarine.
