Source for unique jewelry boxes?

When presenting a substantial gift I like to make it a whole package. My jeweler has very nice and tasteful boxes but I am thinking about something a little more unique and luxurious.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a source for elaborate and unique jewelry gift boxes? I found this site (https://www.pacificconnectionsusa.com/hinged-boxes) but they are just regular boxes and I don't know how to go about finding an insert to hold earrings or rings in them if I were to purchase one.

BarkandBarry on Etsy has some fabulous looking boxes. I don't have one so I can't attest to them but they look awesome and are completely customizable. They are made in Moscow, not sure what to think of that.
