Space between rings

Just wondering how the best way to achieve this look is? Do you have your bands be a larger size so that they fall away from your e-ring? Or do you have them all sized tighter so that they stay farther apart? I can't stand my e-ring spinning so it has to stay tight on my finger.

Usually a donut provides the space. But the best way to get your ering to not spin would be sizing beads or a horseshoe sizer installed in the band.
