Stephen Russell Rings - Need more Information!!

I saw the most amazing engagement ring in the recent wedding issue of Town & Country. It was a 1.5 carat six sided diamond in an art deco setting of baguettes and rounds for 18,000$. It is made by Stephen Russell but his website (www.stephenrussell.com) has no info on it. Does anyone know anything about this designers????
