sticky function?

does this forum have a sticky function where u can sticky certain threads that have the answers to the more commonly asked questions so new users can just refer to them instead of asking the same questions again and again? especially in the ''rocky talky'' section where the most new threads are posted. if u dont know what i am referring to, i can show a forum that has the function
