So most bridal shops are incredibly expensive when it comes to veils and shoes. I do not want to spend $200 on a piece of tulle! I am not sure what kind of veil I tried on at the bridal shop with my dress all I know it was like $350. I''ll post a pic of it.

Any suggestions on where I can find a veil for cheap?

Also I have no idea on what shoes to get. I have to stick with just under 3inch heels, I do not want to be taller than my FI. Also I don''t like clunky heels, but I love sparkle!!! I am looking for stuff around the 30 to 40 dollar range.

Any one have ideas of where I can find this stuff. I have had no luck searching the web for reputable retailers.

I''ll attach a couple photos of the dress.

First-Gorgeous dress! You look so lovely in it.

Second-Why not make your own? It''s probably not all that hard.

Have you checked Zappos for your shoes?

Exactly and whole-heartedly DITTO.

I am making my own veil, I think. Here''s another site with good directions: http://www.wegotgame.net/jen/veils.html
If you don''t want the DIY route, try www.veilshop.com.

If you use Zappos, I believe you can sort by heel size.

I don't have an idea for the veil or shoes, but I wanted to tell you I LOVE your dress and it's absolutely gorgeous! What designer is it? Do you know the style number? I want to look for more pictures of it! :)

I love that dress!

As far as veils go, why not try e-bay? I know a lot of brides have found some good deals on NICE second hand veils.

it is MoriLee style number 2147 in ivory/gold. If you see pictures on the model the color is way off.

To the rest of you, I am a little hesitant to make my own, I checked out the sites that have the shoes and veils, and I saw a couple things I really liked so I may need to splurge a little more than I anticipated. But thank you for suggestions.!!!

Hi! I got my veil at http://www.obridal.com. (or occanseydesigns.com - but obridal is easier to remember!) It was $40 total and exactly what I wanted. You can look at pics and build your own to see the price. Others on here have used them as well (chellebelle?) and were pleased.
As for shoes, I wore Grace Bridal shoes - the style was Diva. They were 3" and I wored them for 12 hours. They probably only finally started hurting the last hour or so! The style I got was discontinued and went on clearance at http://www.myglassslipper.com for $39 and they are normally over $100...so keep your eye on the clearance section! (Or ebay)

I also went through tons of shoes from zappos and shoebuy, but they looked and felt cheap. Oh - I do remember trying some dyeables on at payless for $20 and they were cute and reasonable!
