Sleep is once again evading me so I did a quick 7.77 miles. I dont know why but seeing that before coming up the stairs made me laugh. I need groceries maybe I will do laps around the Wal-Mart and try and find some sort of cute treat for my siblings.

Did you get anything good for the "kids" at Walmart? I have to buy my niece some Halloween toys this week, she wants this stuffed dog that actually has puppies in the tummy- you don''t know whether you''ll get 1,2,3 or 4 puppies until she ''has" them!

I think we mentioned this before but I''m going to find some articles I saved linking slow weight loss to lack of sleep...you''ve got to get some zzz''s , lady!


With all my moving craziness I haven''t worked out at all- I need to get settled before I can commit to a plan again (thank goodness I can fit my Elliptical trainer in the new house, I paid over $800 for it and got to use it about 5 times

I have been thinking about doing those little things where you make your own candy. You can do diffrent flavors, colors, and coatings. Wilton and others make cute little molds in all diffrent shapes. But I think I might wait until christmas for those so I can do them with RT3 and the little Angel.

But As I was in a mood to keep walking I did about a gazillion laps around the wal-mart and went just over 2 miles in there, getting my items completely out of order.
I think moving counts as exercise, you have got to be working your arms and backs with all your stuff needing to be put in your new place. And an eleptical machine! You lucky lady you! I really want one, but they are soo expensive and I dont really have a place for one. I think that will be a great thing, you can still watch some programs with your sweetie and exercise at the same time.
 
Hooray I get to post again!

I ran for 50 minutes for a total of 3.79 miles. And did 100 sit ups. It''s amazing how much better I slept last night after having worked out.
 
Elle, I sleep better as well after working out!

We walked some laps this afternoon and I also did 15 minutes of arm weights until they were burning. Not bad for a weekend when I normally do all of nothing. hehe.
 
Good for you! It sounds like you are really moving. I did half and hour of weights and instead of upping reps went for the failure rate thing. I will get things back to my usual pace just as soon as I get this round of papers finished. I have written nearly 4dozen pages this weekend. Oh how I miss the days of double spacing.
