No kidding. This must be YF syndrome - an obsessive compulsion toward intricate tilings of diamonds; not something I would have thought about a couple of years ago.

IDK for watches, then again, as watch components those rosetes of little diamond tiles must be priced more than a single large one X times their total weight...

I’ve been wanting some antique cushion studs and this lovely jewelry went to the vault and brought out all kinds of yummy stones and rings for us to drool over

That was fun!!! And here are the ones I like. .98 cttw but they are spready so they look much larger!
