If it’s not against the table, or on the surface of the stone, I suppose it doesn’t threaten the integrity of the stone.
That is my concern....will this knot create an integrity issue??

Wow I won’t even see that inclusion until you pointed out. I only see colors and sparkles in diamonds. Now that you pointed out, that is all I see.
