i''m on my wedding planning trip and we met with several people. here is a picture from our visit to the rental company. i am deciding between pink and blue. what do you think?

I like the blue best, but I''m partial to blue. They''re both lovely, though!!!

As for the colour of the linen, I will take the other route and say the pink ... I think it softens up the look a bit and makes it more warm and inviting. Just my thoughts :)
 
thanks for all of the fast replys!! i am completely torn as far as the colors go. to give you an idea, we are getting married on a big grassy cliff. there is LOTs of green on the property, and the blue from the ocean of course! the reception will be in a tent, so the blue with green napkins and white and green flowers would give more of a soothing look and would really fit in with the scenery. but the pink would really pop...it would be really gorgeous against the green. we are meeting with the florist today and i''m going to get her input too.


the hair trial...im so glad you all like it! i was deciding between this and a straighter chignon bun. my hair is normallly straight but i crunch it up sometimes. my only fear is that the hair might look like an old lady''s "do"
also-im going to be getting a sparkly comb to put where the 3 little pins are! thanks!

I LOVE your hair!! That is so pretty. Do you have a frontal shot?

As for the table setting, I like pops more than blending, so I vote pink. Both colors are great though!

If it is a grassy cliff, I vote blue even more because they have green napkins with it, and I find that feels more outdoorsy then the pink.

but in the pic the pink looked more orange- coral... so I''m not sure what look you''re seeking... the blue just FELT cooler, crisper; the pink, felt warmer, made me think of apricots... I guess it depends on the floral arrangements... to which looks and FEELS best for your venue!
 
I also vote blue and your hairstyle is beautiful - you''re going to make a lovely bride.

for sure the blue! for some reason the blue in the fabric just looks "richer" and softer.
 
Blue is my favorite colour, so I am probably biased but I love the blue runner.

Your hair and makeup look beautiful! I like the blue better, but the pink in the picture looks peach or apricot, not pink. So I''m not sure if the picture is representing the colors as they really are or not. I like pink, but not peach.
 
I am really torn on the color. Given your description of the venue, I would go with pink for some contrast in there. Which is a shocker, because blue and green are my favorite colors.

I personally prefer the pink, I think its unique and yes, would definitely pop against the green/blue of the surrounding scenery.
 
The blue is so clean, crisp and refined looking. Perfect for a wedding.

First, your hair is GORGEOUS!

Second, I also had trouble choosing between blue/green and coral/green as my colors. I went with the blue and green because it felt more calm and more "me." However, like the other girls have said, the coral/pink color will definitely pop more against the blue and green backdrop of your venue, so I suppose it''s whatever feeling you would like more!

oh good :)!!!! that makes me so happy to know that people might be using this as an option!! it makes me feel much better about it...i was having concerns at first but now i think ill stick with the hair!
