Take a chance on this?

I would for the setting itself. Doubtful on the aqua.

I cannot say but while the setting is pretty I would pass. The aqua doesn't look good IMO and the rose cuts look cloudy.

Based on these pics I would pass. Not convinced by the center stone, nor with the rose cuts

Passing. THanks! Still on the search for a beautiful aquamarine- it's my son's birthstone..

I'm glad you passed.

Aside from the doubts on it being an aqua, it bothers me that it's called art nouveau, but doesn't really have anything overtly art nouveau about it to me. I thought that was a stylistic descriptor, not an era descriptor. The listing seems to use as many terms as possible to justify the price.

If you are buying because you want an aqua, then yes, I agree you should pass on it.

Agree on the pass. Almost 500 feedbacks and vendor can't take an in-focus photo? And the second-to-last photo in the listing looks kinda funky -- not sure why there is a giant gap between the center stone and the halo. I also don't believe that it is an antique ring -- but the photos are too poor to even evaluate the metalwork.

I am glad you passed on this. The whole ring with stone included only weighs 2 grams. That is about the weight of a big paperclip.
