Tekate's Whiteflash trellis ring!

My ring came earlier today.. I haven't taken any pictures of it, but I do have the
two glamour shots they sent. These diamonds are something I have never seen
before.. they are truly knock your butt off, dazzling, gorgeous pieces of earth
and I cannot say how much I am boweled over by the flash and beautiful flashes
of light.. my husband even said "WOW"! he knows I'm a diamond hound of course
and now he's saying... "We can't get a 2 carat ring for a while" I have promised
also that I won't get anything new again till I get a face-lift (true!) and I"m not
to.. but I have my ways.. anyway I will post my two glamour shots and
try to take some pictures when I either charge my camera or try my android
and I usually suck at that in the pix taking dept. Thank you to each and every
pricescoper and to all the great vendors here. Truly B2C, GOG and now WF
are stellar.. I am lucky. thank you people for showing me the way to these
vendors!

Is this the "butterflies" setting?

No it's not the butterflies, I actually didn't see the butterfly till I ordered the trellis, the ring look I wanted was not the two stones on each side lower, I wanted all 3 stones to be fairly level.. as the center stone isn't that much bigger than the two sides.. I sort of wanted a wall of sparkle.. at my age I have a decent engagement ring (but I want an AVR) so I was looking more for a wedding band look (of bigger diamonds!).. I guess I can't explain it that well.... but it came out great!

The similar sized stones set girdle-to-girdle looks a bit vintage-y to me, and the very modern trellis setting contrasts - I like the combo!

And of course those diamonds are gorgeous

Hi Tekate - lovely ring!

I have always LOVED the three stone rings where the center stone is only slightly larger, and I think the level setting of the stones is very in keeping with those sorts of proportions. A common and well-loved look back in the....30's?...40's? I believe. Anyway, I love the reinterpretation of that period into a modern trellis setting - very elegant!

And those stones....lordy, lordy, lordy!!

ETA ...aaand I just saw Yssie's comment about it looking slightly vintage! I know exactly what she's referring to - it's a lovely, classic look.
