But my brain keeps dying as I''m trying to write these FIVE lines for myself. It stinks. To high heaven.

Help?

Dear Mr. XXXX:

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule today to talk to me about the XXXXX position at YOUR COMPANY. The dynamic evolution of the XXXXX department sounds both challenging and exciting. After speaking with you I believe that I would be a good fit for this position, offering the quick learning and adaptability needed for such a diversified position.

I felt a strong rapport with you and I look forward to further discussing both your departments needs and my skills during my on-site visit on the 19th of May.

Please feel free to contact me at anytime if further information is needed.
Thank you again for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,

Layla

THANK YOU GUYS! Those are BOTH better than what I had, by far. Okay... gonna mix and match, and send this puppy off this morning. It's so funny how something you do for others is such a challenge when your personally invested. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE HELP!!

Actually, I realized I can't really do this till lunch, so if anyone wants to add anything, feel free!

Love Lit''s wording, I''d go with it verbatim.
