The Final Countdown...July 11 Brides!

We have less than a month! YIKES! How''s everything coming for you all? Is everything settled or do you still have tons to do? I''m definitely in the tons to do camp! As far as I know, here''s what I have left:

-Meet with officiant
-Meet with DJ
-Do seating arrangements (including name cards)
-Order cake (I know it''s bad but I didn''t order it yet! I refuse to pay $650 for a wedding cake so I''m just getting plain white cakes from a local grocery store''s bakery and having my cousin decorate them.)
-Final fitting
-Hair consultation
-Order guestbook
-Order flats to wear once my feet get tired of the high heels
-Find cute blue undies to wear as my something blue
-Order bouts and corsages (my cousin is my florist and she doesn''t know how to do these)
-Get flower girl baskets
-Figure out music for ceremony
-Probably way more stuff I haven''t even thought of

See that''s not that much stuff, now is it?! (As I start having a panic attack!) EEEEEEEEEK! This is what I get for being a procrastinator!

Hey Thing2! I can''t believe we are in the final countdown now!

This is what I have left:

Make Aisle runner
Put stickers on our favor bags (we are doing a candy buffet)
Parent gifts
Marriage license(going Wednesday!)
Assemble welcome bags
Pick songs for reception
Get stickers for our place cards to indicate dinner entree choice
Seating chart
Final fitting
Wrap attendant gifts!

I think I am almost done! I am also moving out and into FI''s house as well and I am frantically trying to get that done! It''s coming along OK but I am such a neat freak that I just want to be done.

Wow Blair, so you are basically DONE! You seem to really have your stuff together-I bet everything will go off without a hitch! Although moving is horrible...luckily we''ve been living together for almost 3 years, so no move needed for me. If I had to move AND plan a wedding I might just die!

And I still haven''t done some of the things on your list, either! We still need to get the marriage license and I still need to buy attendant gifts, let alone wrap them...I am the worst wedding planner ever!

Okay, just had to brag a little...I got my cake (cupcakes!) ordered! Woohoo! That''s one thing down...only 10 million to go!

Don''t you love checking things off the list? I went to FI''s today and unpacked A LOT and rearranged and cleaned up-it was awesome!

I am a teacher and school just let out Friday but I start my Master''s class Monday so I really don''t have a lot of free time and that is what makes me nuts!
