Itty bitty in size and cost! I've wanted some tiny studs to wear in my second holes but could never seem to find any small enough. I came across these when I was shopping this weekend and they were such a good deal. They're .16 ctw (8 points each), G, SI1, set in 14k white gold martinis. I was trying to decide between these and the .10 ctw, but with the .10s, I saw the prongs a lot more and with these, the stones looked more round.

Stats on the diamonds:
~2.00ctw - 10 20-pointer diamonds
~F/G color - very white to my eyes, compared to my three stone ring with I/J colored diamonds, these appear much whiter
~SI - definitely eye clean, but I can see some inclusions with my loupe
~Excellent cut - I have a BGD H&A viewer, and all the stones display some pretty nice arrows, not perfect but definitely well-cut stones

Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to share my new pave band with you.

I decided I needed to compliment my 5 stone with more diamonds...Go Figure!

I didn't want to overpower the 5 stone just compliment it. I feel the pave band is just it needed.

Luann emailed me this pave band and I fell in LOVE!!!!
18k white gold, half eternity pave set w/3 pointers tapering from 2mm -2.2mm.

Its just what I was looking for! I have found my BGD 5 stone a mate!!!!

Diamonds compliment each other so well!!!

Here they are together!

Thank you Single Stone for finding the right stone for a very special ring and setting with such care and expertise. And for the sizing, too! I'm SO glad I took the ring to Ari - he and the staff were wonderful.

Forgive me for going overboard with photos, but this is likely to be my only chance to show off a piece of personal jewelry for a very, very long time...

Sooo my future husband proposed in December 2009 and I posted pics of the ring here:

Don't get me wrong, I love my diamond and my ring, but I just didn't love how "fat" the band was. So I finally got the nerve to have the band thinned out. The original ring was almost 4mm and now its just under 3mm. I like the ring soooo much better now and my fiance was perfectly ok with my decision. Before the adjustment, the diamond sort of blended into the band and now it really stands out. Overall, it doesn't look that much different, but I am very happy with the slight change.

So please let me know what you think, and I won't be offended if you liked it better before. I know some people prefer the wider band.
