Finally my ring upgrade was done. I received my new ring last Monday night, and got chance taking some pictures earlier today.
So I am able to share it with you all.

Around the end of May I was debating hard which stone to get and posted questions in RockyTalky:

https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/help-should-i-melt-two-stones-into-a-bigger-one.161176/
It was a hard choice to make within days since I could not put them on hold longer. So I decided to foucs on light performance, then the size/cost. Based on the input from you and JA team, I proceeded my order with 2.53cw I VS2 55, 61.5, 34.5, 40.8, and had JA to modify and set it in my existing six-prong setting.

Ok, let me show off my new ring, and thanks for lettingme share ...

My bad - I have enjoyed both items for a while, and finally got chance to share them here with you.

I had 3 small loose diamonds which I got 4-5 years ago. I was seeking ideas how to utilize them earlier last year at this forum.
I fell in love with Fancydiamond's Pear halo pendant and 5-stone ring in trellis setting you ladies own.

I don't budget to buy another pear stone. So I had idea to use one of my small loose stone G VS2 0.65cw as a dangling inside the pear halo.
Other two loose stones: G SI2 0.48cw, G SI1 0.42, togetehr with 3 more ACA( G VS2 0.405, F VS2 0.404, F SI1 0.410) would make my 5-stone ring ( total 2.12ctw).

Both items turned out to be very beautiful -- the WF team did it again. The great customer service supported me through the whole making process.

I wear my 5-stone ring daily and enjoy it so much. The only problem it creates to me now is that it makes me feel my eRing is too small.
I need an upgrade!!!

Let me show you my five stone ring first, and thanks for letting me share.

Here is some stats for my custom-made DBTY/peardrop necklace.

7x7pt ACA melee dbty are placed in front with spacing of 1 1/8".
1x5pt ACA dbty melee placed 3mm from the necklace central melee, and a pear shape pendant placed 3 mm from the 5-pt dbty.
30x2pt ACA melees on the pear halo
dangling inside the pendant is a 2-stone stack, with 1x0.14ct ACA on top of my 0.65-ct diamond
total it's 1.28ctw on setting + 0.65cw. 18k white gold 16 " or 18" adjustable chain.

Ok following are a few of pictures from WF including the modelling one.
(I don't take any good picture, so I didn't even give a try. )

Hello folks. Here are a few snaps of a 2ct O color AVC in a semi-bezel Krikawa tri-gold mokume cathedral setting. Basic structure is 14K red gold (mokume is an inlaid strip to allow for cathedral-building antics). Unlike Haven's O-P colored beauty this O has a tangibly yellow flavor to it that melds quite nicely with the strongish red. I thought I'd post these to help balance the serious dearth of owner-taken Krikawa pics anywhere on the web. Stone specs: 2.11ct O SI1 7.58 x 7.45 x 5.03mm:

First I would like to thank many of you who shared your wonderful purchase experience with IDJ on this forum.
So I found one more source to make my jewelry after being priced out by WF for this COL pendant.
I love the COL pendant (1ctw for 21 melees) I found on WF site, but would like a COL set with larger melees.
But sadly WF priced me out on this project. The setting was found in Adwar and it requires 13x15pt melees. The quote I got was just crazy.
As a WF client, I tried with WF twice and hoped we could work out. But .....

Anyway after reading your experience with IDJ, I contacted Luann, and got the quote back next day.
After a couple more phone discussions, I proceeded with my order...

It's made of 13x15pt melees in color F/G, clarity SI ( eye-clean), excellent cut.
The diameter for the circle is 20mm. 14k WG. 18" chain.
It's so sparkling. After I got mine, my friend ordered one too. She loves it also.

Ok let me present my pretty COL pendant which I love for everyday wear.
I took one picture - my IDJ COL pendent(13x15pt) with my WF 6ctw 3-prong tennis bracelet (40x15pt). You can see that non-ACA melees could fire as much (or more) as ACA melees.

As many of your know, my second son, Ryder, was born in June. And so I went in search of a baby ring to commemorate his birth!

It is a platinum semi bezel design with a .31ct G VS2 ideally proportioned diamond. The cut on the stone is fantastic, took my handy Ideal Scope with me to buy it of course and it looks amazing. The stone also came with a lab report from Birks confirming that the proportions are awesome, scores less than 2 on the HCA. I took it to Birks after buying it and they authenticated it as one of theirs.

So thanks PS for helping me get a wonderful ring at a wonderful price to represent my wonderful son!

Hey guys!

Why should my SO have all the blingy goodness of a delicious colored diamond? He shouldn't!

And now... He doesn't!

David and Jennifer from Diamonds by Lauren were such amazing and wonderful people to work with! Plus living close to NYC had a lot of benefits. Like dropping off my .84ct radiant fancy deep brownish yellowish diamond in person to David in his office. And then he brought out a smorgasbord of BLING. OMG if you're ever in NYC go and hang out in there. Your mind will be blown! It's great to see the other side of the biz too! He has the coolest job ever.

Anyways, back to the ring.

The SO's ring is gold and silver, done by Jessedanger of Etsy. So when I thought about my ring I wanted one in the same metals. It was daunting to ask some of PS's amazing vendors if they worked in silver. In the end, the customer service price and quality of DBL won out.

The semi-bezel is 18kt and the band is sterling with a satin finish. Oh I could continue to describe but hey pictures are like a 1000 words sooooo........

here are the final criteria :

- 90% platinum with 10% iridium
- shallow u-cut pave
- 1.8mm uniform hand forged wire shank with single row pave, ending at 5 and 7 o'clock
- center diamond set at 7-7.25mm
- small donut at 5mm in diameter, with pave
- curved struts with pave
- halo to tilt down at 25 degrees, minimal metal at the lip of the halo, so for the halo part this was achieve with hand forged PLATE (like a slab), not the WIRE shaped metal which is only possible if the halo is at 0 degrees tilt / leveled with no tilt.
- 1.5mm halo viewed from top down, so the actual width of the halo would be about 1.7mm if the halo would tilt at 25 degrees downwards (used trigonometry for this calculation!)
- diamond melee size on the halo must be absolutely uniform so that the halo is absolutely in the shape of a perfect circle. spaces between each melee diamond on the halo must also be uniform and not irregular
- absolutely no metal between center diamond and halo, absolutely no airline
- center diamond is set off-square so that the claw prongs would rest on the kite facets of the diamond and also point at the corners of the table exactly
- Victor used 0.75ctw in melee diamonds on the setting, F-G VS

Here's a picture of the ring he chose. We had shopped for the first time back in mid-March so 4 1/2 months later, I have my ring! I had tried on a traditional princess-cut diamond in a bead-set setting and really loved the thin band. With that in mind, my significant other decided to appease me with at least that 1 element. Other than that, he went on his own in choosing a less usual popular and color for the center stone.

He proposed on Saturday, 7/30. Later that day he said he was nervous about choosing a colored diamond. I am pleased with its uniqueness. He did a great job!

I love thumb rings. I know they're not exactly the most genteel things these days, but ... look. In an old thread where somebody asked about them, another poster - Trekkie, I think - mentioned that she knew a lady who could rock them. Said she was ... here, why don't I look it up and quote specifically: "tall and big and erm... quite busty. Very alternative lifestyle living, if you know what I mean." Dude, that is me to a T. You know the lyrics to "I Need a Hero?" Well, I'm larger than life.

And now, so is my thumb ring! Roughly 4 ctw of step-cut yumminess, platinum, size 8.5, and just what the doctor ordered now that my preggo hands have swollen to the point that I can't wear my wedding set anymore. It goes v. nicely with my carre band, and, funnily enough, fits my husband's hand perfectly - though oddly, he prefers to eschew the bling. Hey, all the more for me! Between the apartment hunting and the whole carrying-20 lbs-plus in August, this is just the pick-me-up I needed.

So I think I mentioned a while ago that I planned on getting my sister a BGD DBTY (Brian Gavin, Diamond by the Yard) bracelet for her graduation from her 4.5 year Commerce/Economics degree. Well I did, and it arrived last week! It is currently being looked after by our mum (it's a joint present) until her graduation ceremony on Sept 14th. It's beautiful and delicate. Unfortunately BGD didn't accidently make it big enough for my gigantic wrist (it's 7 inchs which will be loose on her but can't even fit at a stretch on me!!!)! It's my big wrist modelling it but I promise to come back with pics on her dainty wrist when the time comes!

The only upside to it not fitting my wrist is that I doubled it over to drape over my wrist for the photo and it gave me the idea that I might need a double stranded bracelet for myself in the future

The ring he gave me is a square hearts and arrows diamond in an x-prong 18K white gold setting. The diamond is 0.73 E SI1 on a size 7 finger. It's even more beautiful than I remember from when I tried it on a couple months ago. SO sparkly! I cannot stop looking at it.

I wish all of you lovely ladies the best! As promised, the pics:

Specs on the ring: RB 1.64 H VVS1 in a circa 1930s setting with fish-tale style prongs. Ring size 4. The ring came all put together and it actually displayed beautiful arrows. Hopefully the pictures will upload. It's much more delicate in person and the milgrain is so tiny! The photos make them show up really well but it's much much finer than in the pics. I feel so blessed to have such a beautiful amazing ring (and large to boot!) but more so I feel very blessed to have such an amazing man in my life. I never knew what unconditional love was until I met him (we knew right away we were meant to be together...crazy I know!) that treats me like a princess, tells me I'm beautiful so many times I day I lose track and goes out of his way to make me feel like I'm the most important person in the world.

I was so surprised when BF (I mean -- fiance --) proposed during a quiet evening in Paris. I have been a lurker and a Pricecope LIW, so I am so excited to be sharing ring pics with you all! The ring is sparkly and icy white. Even in the dark, it seems to glow a cold, cold white. I'd say Fiance did a great job! Of course, he admits to having lurked on Pricescope before selecting the diamond and setting.

Stats: 1.52ct, E color, triple-ex in a Bez Ambar setting. Size 4.

I present my 2 ctw birthday bangle from WhiteFlash. I just received it today on my birthday and wore it all day long and can't take my eyes off it. The 8 pt ACA diamonds are delicious. Totally love the way my felt hand looks now. Bling Bling... I have to thank DH for being so thoughtful. I am still waiting for my XO diamond pendant and will probably receive it on Thursday.

Long time lurker, first time poster

My fiance and I have been engaged for some time, but there was major drama with the ring he proposed with - mainly they sized the band, warping all the micropave prongs. So diamonds were falling out like crazy We returned that setting and decided to design our own! And here it is! Sorry if the pictures aren't so great - I took them at my desk with my iPhone It still needs to be sized a little.

Hi everyone,

i thought I would share my 5th anniversary present with you all. I don't have many people in my life who appreciate this stuff as much as me....

we live in NYC and for our 5th anniversary my DH took me to the cartier store on Fifth ave. it was quite an experience that made the present that much more special.

so without further ado --- I present my cartier trinity band -- I tried on a bunch of different width -- but really loved the wide width version.

Thanks for letting me share!

Some time ago there was a thread about the items which are on our bling wish list As i said back then, the only item that i felt was missing from my collection, was a diamond tennis bracelet I always loved these bracelets and i was secretly admiring the ones that the other PS' ers were posting on SMTB, but i knew that it was out of our budget right now
Well...until i saw a listing on eBay about this beautiful bracelet with a 1ct tcw diamonds of H-I color and VS1-VS2 clarity, set on 14kt white gold. I was lucky enough to win this gorgeous piece for $ 690, including shipping (of course, afterwards i paid $280 more on taxes in my country, when it was delivered, but that's another story).
The bracelet is a m a z i n g The diamonds sparkle so much and their color looks icy white. I couldn't see the difference when i put them right next to my E color ER and WB...I can't believe that it's mine now
I guess, that means that i will quit shopping for more bling for quite some time...at least i hope so

I found a 18K WG 2mm Beverley K eternity ring on Pearlman Jeweler's website and ordered it last Friday over the phone. I sent 3 separate emails that were all promptly answer by Julian before the purchase, and Julian also followed up with 2 emails about the tracking number. I received the ring today via USPS Priority Mail, and it looks beautiful. I've posted the picture from the website, and a quick handshot taken this evening for you guys. I've never owned a 2mm width ring before, nor milgrain, and I love the delicate look they give. The pictures do not do it justice, and now I understand all you Bev K stackers out there. From the top, I just see diamonds and milgrain, and the workmanship is excellent. This is my husband's early anniversary present to me, so I have to thank him and Julian at Pearlman's.

Delurking to post my first ring! After discovering AVCs via PS, I knew I had to have one. I wasn't initially looking to go so warm with the color, especially sight unseen, but I loved the shape and all the pictures Sarah took were beautiful. Stats are: .82 carats, L, SI1, medium fluorescence, 5.41x5.82mm. http://www.goodoldgold.com/diamond/8058/ This is the link to the stone.

I live in Japan, so it's pretty much the opposite of any rings I see here, which I like. Depending on the light, it goes from very warm to very white. I can see the inclusions sometimes, but only if I'm scrutinizing it closely.

I bought the stone loose and Mark Hiroshi Willis very kindly helped me with the setting here in Tokyo: simple platinum solitaire, Japan size 5.5 so I think it's about a US size 3.5? I'm guessing it's about 2mm and tapers a bit toward the stone.

Many thanks to GOG and Mark. My only regret was not waiting until the yen shot up and the dollar dropped before buying the stone!
