I'm far from an expert on such stones, but I'm really partial to the color of yours, and the star is quite well-defined.
On many others it's rather diffuse and fuzzy.

The quickest way to tell is if the rays of the stars move when you move the ring around. If the star is fixed then it is not a natural star sapphire.
