I purchased a lab sapphire from Finewater gems a few months ago. It’s a 6 carat asscher in their Tamarcak cut style. I pondered for a while on how I would set it, but decided on side traps in bezels, with the sapphire in double claw prongs - dovetailed into a classic tri-wire. It’s a 2.2 platinum band that widens as it meets the bezels.

Wow I know this post is older but I had to tell you this ring is gorgeous! The diamond looks so in proportion. I have a solitaire 1.07 , S1, Excellent, E Forevermark earth diamond ring. And I regret not going up to the 1.5 carat size because my ring finger is a size 8 which that in itself makes it look smaller and I was a newbie that didn’t kno about price scope and the dimensions of the diamond make it look flatter. I did do research but nothing like I would have learned on here to get a ring like you have! Enjoy that baby!!! Haha.
