The giant rings thread... for lovers of big CS rings

I'm mustering the confidence to wear bigger stones, at least for formal events. Thinking of wearing this for a summer wedding, black tie optional. This is a huge ring for me.

Here's my take: you must wear this to the wedding! It's glorious and the perfect size. Just be careful it doesn't outshine the bride!

Making my contribution to this thread since I’ve LOVED seeing all of your rings. This is my biggest ring (I think). An art deco midnight sapphire dream. ❤️
Please excuse the pen mark. IMG_2003.jpeg

Added another ring to my collection of Jeff White CSs, a Tsavorite over 2ct and over 7mm in diameter.

@RRfromR you have elegant hands with long slender fingers.

I have chubby fleshy fingers and also Plus Size and only 5'2", delicate jewellery will disappear on me.

Don't think I could wear the near 40ct blue-green Tourmaline from Jeff W as a ring though, in case I accidentally punch someone with it and it will definitely hurt!

Love your Emerald ballerina ring! :kiss2:

DK :lol-2:

@dk168 you are a sweetheart, my hands are a mess. I'm a gardener and I've been lax about sunscreen over the years and paying now :/ I love love bold jewelry, but I don't have a lot of places to wear them. I need more cocktail parties in my life :)

I hardly had any black tie events to attend since my late partner's death in 2008 until recently after I joined a big service charity.

Nowadays I have about 3+ to attend where I can bring out the nicer blings.

DK :))

Those Victorian rings are absolutely stunning! I love the look of vintage work/ style. Lovely colors too!

They are all gorgeous! An unheated pink topaz is uncommon and yours is very pretty. I don't think I've run across one before on this forum.

@Lisa Loves Shiny thank you!!! It was a happy accident finding at an antique jeweler in Baltimore, MD.
