I''ve been okay, it''s only Wednesday and it''s been a LONG week. The last time I checked in on small talk, you guys were less than 10 pages!

Morning ladies. Jcarly-are you bouncing around yet like a kid on Christmas morning waiting to go? Sounds like it might be an even better trip than what you had thought!

I feel hungover. I had one of those nights where I was so stressed out that I found myself bawling like a baby over nothing. I just had so much pent up frustration and a very difficult issue got resolved yesterday that I lost it.

. all rational thought reminds me that he loves me for ME, and chose MY body. but still. so i asked him to wear a fat suit and try on bikinis.

I know how you feel. Rational thought vs emotions? Emotions WIN!

I''m not "little" either. I''m 5''10" and medium frame... if I starve and lose all my fat I can pretty much get down to a 6.. I''ll never be a 2 or 4... and thats just how it is. Normally I''m an 8-10... and when all your friends are 2-4... its hard. You always look like an amazon in pictures!

If nothing else, stop repeating the same crap in your head. Stop telling yourself you''re fat, and when you catch yourself doing it... say something nice about yourself. I know its cheesy sounding, but you have to get those nasty, negative repeating patterns OUT OF YOUR HEAD. You have a "bad habit" and you have to break it.

I''ve seen pics of you, I think you are adorable, and you look awesome to me. Not even just trying to make you feel better. You look like a happy, beautiful chic. End of story.

Jcarly- you look teeny tiny in your avatar! What are you talking about?! You are no fat girl! I won''t even be caught dead in a bathing suit. We live in south Florida, 5 minutes from the coast and I never go to the beach. Slap me, I know. But on the rare occasion I do I wear shorts and a tank! Hell no you''re not getting my fat pale ass in a bathing suit!

actually, i am quite comfy in my body, and have been working out to help at least maintain it. and i know once i get there, there will be A LOT of other people who make you go...

with their choice of clothing.

I think my body knows its engaged and wants to lose weight on its own. It knows that mentally, I don''t stick to diets.

My body is smart.

I''m not even kidding. We have an entire pie, 3 of those giant sugar cookies from Cookies by Design, and 4 pounds of Mackinac Island fudge in our kitchen.

I didn''t eat any of it yesterday. I just didn''t want it.

THAT isn''t normal. Usually I''d eat 1/2 lb of fudge, a cookie, and save the pie for a midnight snack.

Ha ha ha! I need that little smily that rolls over while he''s laughing. I went to the bahamas in April and ?I went to the beach one day while everyone else was off in the casinos and I was so happy for some peace and quiet. I was enjoying the water, my bahama mama, the breeze...and then I turned over. There it was...old guy in a bright ass blue speedo right in my view. Every time I turned a different way (and even turned my chair to where I couldn''t see him at all) he moved too and it was like a train wreck, it hurt to look at but I couldn''t look away. Ugh.

I bet you look hot and I like what elle said about positive thoughts. That''s actually a good idea.

I struggle with my weight. I have to watch what I eat and work out or else I get pudgy in a hurry. I lost my job last year and tore a ligament in my foot so not only was I home feeling unproductive and useless but I couldn''t even so much as walk! I gained 40lbs in 4 months and I wasn''t skinny pre weight gain! I was just average to slightly chubby so now I feel gross! I had little to no motivation to lose it either. My boyfriend didn''t seem to care about it, I was like screw it. I still can''t really work out, but I have discovered I do this (embarassing to say) Tony Little gazelle without hurting my foot. I became fairly motivated recently when I realized I think we may get engaged soon and I want a 1-1-10 wedding and there will be pictures! Pictures last a lifetime and I don''t want to hate how I look in them!
