i was taking 2000 IU of D a day when i was a pill junkie and it didn''t make life any more or less confusing, but i was also taking a ton of other supplements, and i rarely had time to eat much of anything so it probably balanced out.

in the pre-engagement weight loss thread i heard about B-12 and i got siblingual B-12 yesterday, and i felt much more alert and energized after my first one, and i''m assuming since it''s a metabolism booster it should boost appetite too if your body''s not used to burning through calories that fast

well the cherry taste is at least of candy level strength, but supposedly it''s all natural (i got spring valley) if all medicine and vitamins tasted yummy and dissolved under the tongue, kids would beg to be medicated.

hehe i was all skinny once (and hope to be again soonish) , but my skeleton draws the line at size 6 i believe. silly hip bone.

I am so freaking tired. And I ate WAY too much today. WAY too much. A whole homemade pizza, pasta, Skittles....

I need to do the Shred. Minimize damage. But I''m so wiped out that I''m thinking about just going to bed now.

Ugh...I got called into work early (during the summer my boyfriend and I work at Lonestar Steakhouse and Saloon) and I just had the worst entire night of my working career (and I''ve worked as a clown, day care/ kid''s gym, pediatric dental office where the dentist threw a chair in my direction, as a professional fencer, a tutor for a homeless shelter, and a starbucks barista). The tables I had were all rude, and one lady snapped at me for her chicken being "too black" (though it literally had about four grill lines on it)- I got a 3 dollar tip on a 40 dollar bill, a 5 dollar tip on an 85 dollar bill, and someone stole one of the only decent tips I made (we still haven''t discovered who). Normally my customers and I have a great time and I walk away with a decent amount of change, but tonight was awful. I feel sick to my stomach and upset with humanity.

Ladies, please tip well- it makes alllll the difference.

After my last AWFUL table left, I went to the bathroom to have a breakdown, and some random woman gave me a hug because she felt bad. Nothing like sobbing onto a perfect stranger''s nice sweater, eh?

Sorry for the post- I just had to get my frustration out somewhere.

I''m sorry! That is awful!

OMFG I have so many awful stories from working in restaurants! People can be SO RUDE. They always all seem to come on the same day, too.

I usually tip 20-25% for average/good service. The lowest I''ve ever left was 10, but the server was flat out RUDE.

If they''re just busy, forget to fill stuff... I still tip 15-20. You have to pretty awful to get 10 from me.

if my service is fantastic I''ll tip 30-40%.

So glad I''m not in the service industry anymore!

we set sail on saturday. its about a day of air travel and then we have to provision the cat first.

Sounds like a good way to start the morning, JCar.

I just need to make it through today. Tonight is frisbee. Tomorrow we go to VA. Need to make sure somebody can feed the cats. Also need to get Nature''s Miracle to clean up the dining room so the cats no longer think it''s a good place to poop. Well, just the one cat. I caught Lola in the act last night. Gross as it is, it made me happy that my gut instinct was right. If, after I clean up, this is still going on, I see a vet visit in my future.
