I love cheddar, and brie, and jack, and manchego, and blue, hell, I love them all!!!

Manchego is great. The 6 month & the 12 month are just so good.

OMG Manchego, I can eat a whole plate (or 2) of it all by myself!!!

Seriously. I love cheese so much. It is kind of ridiculous. The only cheese I don''t like is american/velveeta/cheez wiz because I don''t consider it real cheese.

me neither. but i will still eat kraft. i will never kick that habit.

For homemade M&C I use the sharpest cheddar I can find. For quick mac and cheese either kraft mac and cheese or velveeta S&C (I prefer VS&C)

worcestershire sauce but never thought of putting it on toasts & cheese!! I usually just use it to flavor my steaks/burgers. Sounds delish! LOL @ "Caps and Toddies"
