Just wanted to pipe in and say that I'm a size 5.75 and am 5'1'. I definitely feel like my hands are humongous compared to most PSers.

And vc, you're from Michigan? That's where my boyfriend is from...and where I'll be visiting in the fabulously warm and sunny month of...February!

I'm originally from NW Ohio, but I call Ann Arbor, Michigan (where I went to school...hence the "UM" in my screenname) my hometown because that's where I feel most at home when I'm not at my current home in the Washington, DC suburbs! And Michigan in February, while cold, can be beautiful, too! Where in Michigan will you be?

OOOO! The rolos on pretzels!?!? I was introduced to those at Halloween...YUMMMMM! My officemate smushes just-softened chocolate kisses onto pretzels with an M&M. I think I might try it with dark chocolate kisses smushed with Reese''s Pieces for that Peanut Butter touch someone mentioned!!!

Morning, elle!!! I miss it there!!! We just got hit with our first icy-cold blast this morning in DC and it reminded me of walking through the wind-tunnel that was the walkway between the Chem Building and CC Little. Brrrrrr!

my fav is to melt carmels onto the chocolate covered pretzels. although this year i am determined to learn how to make homemade dark chocolate cover caramel with salt.

So sad about the state of Michigan in general, but so happy that Ann Arbor is managing to stay afloat. Went to The Earle for the first time in October with ladyciel and her hubby, and it was FABULOUS. I miss Zingermans.

ooh wait i have had those!! do you just melt them on the stove or... ?

lay our square pretzels (windowpane pretzles) on a nonstick cookie sheet (use parchment if you don''t have ns sheets) and place an unwrapped rollo on each. Then put them in the over (250 degrees) until mushy. Then top with another pretzel and squish together to make a sandwich.
