2 brown rice cakes with pb
iced tea
1 white chocolate lindt truffle
1/2 cup of cottage cheese and some sliced peaches
caffine free diet coke
banana
small handful of almonds
now I''m eating cucumbers

HH...I know that feeling...I have those days where it just seems like there is not enough food on the planet to make me feel full. The culprit may be your Diet Coke...the anti-sugars in it trick your body into thinking you''re giving it usable calories, and then when it doesn''t get them, it makes you hungry since your internal machinery was all revved up to digest a bunch of molecules that got washed away.

Haha, T, I have nothing against the DC. I drink it myself from time to time, though if I''m drinking soda, it''s usually Cherry Coke Zero. It''s just a fact o'' biology.
