Mmmmm....Indian food. My favorite is naan with chicken tikki masala on top. YUM!

I bought this amazing salsa at TJ''s last week...it''s called three pepper something, I think. Out of this world!

Target also has an outrageous collection of salsa''s.

elle, the sushi idea sounds great. We have this great hibachi place down the street from us that does 1/2 price sushi M-Th.

I love that their menu of the 1/2 price stuff is extensive too...they even have my fave, rainbow roll, on the 1/2 price menu.

There''s also another hibachi place that has a set 1/2 price menu all week of sushi and hibachi. ''Economic stimulus plan'' they call it. All I iknow is I get amazing sushi at a great price!

We also live in an area that has about 10 Indian restaurants within 5 miles of us. FI can''t do indian because he has serious stomach problems and can''t eat spicy, so I usually stop there on school nights when I need something quick.

Any of you ladies know of a good recipe that uses turkey cutlets? I bought them at Wegmans this past weekend, and have no clue what to do with them. I was thinking of some sort of roulade, but I dunno.

I played volleyball for a bit... it was fun! And I am tall so I ''should play volleyball''

I made the B-Ball team in HS (purely based on my height). I wasn''t good.

Hahaha! I played basketball too. Was voted ''Most Aggressive''

I played softball for like 10 years. That was my sport of choice!

I SUCK at basketball and softball. Soccer and Vball are my sports.

Soccer is the one sport I never really tried!

I was a music and drama geek in HS. And I rowed on the crew team.

I wouldn''t mind playing, but I have no idea how the rules work so I''d be a hot mess.

The closest I got to drama was taking a stagecraft class my senior year (ahem blow off class) that built the stages for the play/musical.

FI likes to cook, but only during the holidays, lol! I think he likes the pressure.
I love cooking, but to me, cooking turkey is like an enigma outside of Thanksgiving.

Well....if anyone wants to come to the PNW I''ll gladly host. My house is plenty big for a girls weekend so accomodations would be FREE. We could hit up Costco for food/wine and party it up! I''ll charter a freaking bus.
