That sounds yummy! Mine was 1lb dried lentils, chopped carrot, celery, onion, garlic, beef stock, cumin and italian sausage.A doesn''t eat pork products. Artifact of the religion he grew up in. Therefore, I don''t really eat pork products. The exceptions being January 1 (us Polocks think it''s lucky to eat pork on New Year''s Day) and sometimes when we go out to eat...since sometimes a porkchop is just too good to pass up!!!![]()
LP - That''s fantastic. Exercise WILL help I''m sure of it!
That''s even more reason to eat pigs! Get them back!
I hope it helps--I''m worried about him. Our diet is already really cholesterol friendly so I think the exercise thing is the biggest problem. Hopefully belonging to a gym will provide him with some motivation.
That really helped get my butt out the door when I had to pay for a chain gym before i started at the PTO.
Yeah--right now it''s just a matter of convincing him to make the initial investment. He "doesn''t like gyms" per his own admission, but when it rains so much around here I don''t know what else to do!
