I got my grade from my English portfolio!!

At 500 points (about half the grade) I was so nervous but.... the instructor liked it!

What was in the portfolio? (I''m an English nerd.)


In other news, I survived! Yay! And I got Oreos (a mega-treat since I haven''t had Oreos in abot 6 months).

Ok seriously WHAT is with you and Jung and his archetypes?!

I figured a little light reading would help me relax in the evenings so settled on a biography of Jung...

Actually, the English instructor assigned a short biography of Jung and required that we incorporate the archetypes into our first two papers.

How''s Tri-training???

Slow. It starts in earnest next week - I''ll be physical 7 days a week - 3 days of Ultimate (which is pretty much my running workout plus practice for the team since I''ll still have tournaments while I''m training for the tri), 2 days of biking and 2 days of swimming. Taking today off from anything strenuous - will probably just take a bike ride with M tonight before we clean the house. Apparently working out is hard after giving blood, but I''m hoping that won''t be the case. I feel great!

Hello ladies, how''s it going?

Good news: I was invited to an award ceramony at my uni, It turns out that I am top of my graduating class (!!!) so I got a certificate to frame and some prize money!!! I also got to meet some industry people so I have decided this is a sign that I should not be applying for crappy retail jobs, I need to get off my ass and pursue a career in what I was trained in and start sending my CV out all over the place and ringing random people and demanding employment.

I hesitate to say, because I have been told that in America there is a degree with that same name which is kind of....useless and easy, where as the one I did with the same name is highly respected,sort after and compeditive.....*shrugs*
