weird, i love shoes, and normally never have a problem finding a pair, but i CANNOT find a pair of pumps for the wedding.
I really want colored shoes, but navy (that is cute) is super hard to find

Umm... Sunnyd actually picked mine out! I got them dyed where i bought my dress and it was not expensive at all. I dont remember exactly how much. Less than 20, and my shoes were like 60.

I just looked for white satin shoes and dyed them!

okay, going to look at dyables. I know i WONT be going to davids (where i bought my dress) to get my shoes dyed. they did such a TERRIBLE job on my BM shoes for a friends wedding.

i think my problem is i do not like traditional bridal shoes. so when i think of amazing wedding shoes, i think CL''s, or funky wicked awesome high fashion shoes.
Also, i might have to give up the search for navy shoes, since i know the color has to match perfect, and thats hard to do with an ivory dress.

I don''t think the color of your shoes has to match anything, really. My friend wore light blue shoes with her I believe ivory dress when she got married and all us bridesmaids were in navy. My officemate is wearing steel blue shoes with her ivory dress and her bridesmaids are in marine blue with silver shoes. I plan on wearing blue or purple shoes some day while my bridesmaids will be in black dresses with black, purple, or green shoes (haven''t decided yet, lol...still have awhile to figure out that one...)

So, long story short...I think your shoes can be whatever you want them to be!

hmm.. so. not super strappy and not super bridal. I prefer peep toes over exposed toe (i have ugly toes) and i do prefer closed heel.

eric is 6 inches taller than me, so height not a probably, but preferably no more than 4 inches.
