I didn''t feel the need to make a new thread about this so just wanted to post here and write it out (hoping it would alleviate my fears), since I''m freaking out.

I made a huge mistake at work. Meant to email my coworker by forwarding a question that a lady from a company kept sending over and over about how he wasn''t getting an answer I was talking about him and he''s keeps sending stuff, etc, can you deal with this agitated guy, etc.

I SENT IT TO HIM INSTEAD. ARGH! We''re getting married in December... I can''t get fired now! It would be funny if it wasn''t so terrifying!

Cinne - I think you will be fine. Did you try to recal the email? I think we have all done something like that once in our life!

My friend brought up a good way to avoid from that ever happening again. When you forward/respond to an email, immediately take out the receipient, CC or BCC and then start your email. That way you can confirm who is actually supposed to get said email.

Try not to worry, especially if you have never done this before

As long as she doesn't take it to our legal department, I should be all fine!

I did try to recall it but it doesn't really work unless it's within our company. I usually do what your friend does due to the sensitivity of my work, but I was just so preoccupied, just got off the phone with Lesley @ BGD about my ring and was totally in lala-land!
