I''m here! So sleepy though... ugh... couldn''t sleep last night, I think I''m a little too excited that I only have 2 WEEKS until our cruise!! Woohoo!

Eh, it was fine I guess. Pretty uneventful. I had my car towed to the mechanic to get fixed (finally! It broke down over Easter weekend last month and I''ve just been riding the bus and/or with FF to work, thankfully we work at the same place and at generally the same times and live together so it hasn''t been terribly inconvienent). Did the normal Sunday chores like laundry, floors, etc. and caught the Desperate Housewives finale.

eta - we didnt go becuase our firend didnt have her procard with her (we could get in for CHEAP) and also it was 75 degrees out!! i almost got a sunburn it was so lovely!

We''re going over labor day weekend. We''re going to seatle The Beatles "Love" Cirque again. Such an awesome show.

That sucks you didn''t get a chance to go, but it''s always nice to get a little color! Although the older I get, the more guilty I feel for getting suntans.

Her hubby is Indian, so his family is HUGE and were all there for the wedding.

The trip will be Friday-Monday. We''re staying at the MGM. My parents live in LV, so I go quite a bit, but this trip is going to be with 2 other couples, not just hanging out with my parents, so it should be a different experience.

I eat the high-fiber Cinnamon Swirl instant oatmeal. It's delicious. You'd never know it was high fiber by the way it tastes!

It was good. Saturday did the family thing out on LI and then yesterday FI and I went out for breakfast and then went to an early movie (Star Trek) which was pretty decent.

Yea, I did. It wasn''t epic or anything, but it was entertaining. I can imagine all of the trekkies of the world were going bonkers with excitement. I liked the movie because there was some humor, not just action packed. Not that there wasn''t a lot of action because there was. I like the story line too. I''d give it a B.

But then, I''m not the Star Trek fan that some people are. If you want to know the truth, I liked the movie ''Trekkies'' more, which is about die-hard Star Trek fans of the world. Now that is entertainment. Talk about funny!!!!

Elle, you'd be proud to know that I did 30DS this morning with FI! I told him yesterday, casually, that maybe doing the video in the morning would help me get it done (I never do it without him since I'm not that motivated!

). So, he woke me up at 6:30 (he's an early bird) and made me get up and do it! LOL I totally forgot about it too. Usually he wakes me up really sweet, but today he was in Jillian mode and goes, "Babe, get up." LOL

But, I did it! So now we're going to do it in the mornings. It's funny watching him though. He hates Jillian throughout the tape. But then when he's done he's like, "That b**** makes you work!"

Oh! And you know the girl on the left (I forget her name)? The one that does the advanced workout? Well FI follows her, and I follow the easy chick. So while we were doing it, FI caught the diesel chick cheating!!! During the lunges*, when Jillian (and the camera) goes over to ANITA, my girl, you can see the other one stops doing the lunges and just lifts her arms. LOL. FI was like, "Whaaat!!!! My girl cheats!!!" It was sooo funny OMG. Watch it next time. Level 1 you'll see. During the lunge/arms lifts.

I haven't done 30DS in a while, but I am going to my cardio pilates/cardio kick boxing classes -- each one once a week. Even with my exercising/eating right, I'm still EXHAUSTED every day and not really losing weight. I went to the Dr. on Thursday to get hormone levels checked, since I feel like something is up with my body. Hopefully I get those back soon.

I wish I could get up at 630. I really do. I set my alarm for 630 every day, and never get up until 730 or sometimes even 8. It's pathetic.


ETA: That is BS that she cheats!
